MEMBERSHIP FREQUENTLY ASKED

Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Our Aesthetic memberships can be paused for up to 60 days — just give our San Antonio team a call. Injectable memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Absolutely. Call us and we’ll switch your plan starting at your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my med spa membership?
Aesthetic memberships require a six-month commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime. Injectable memberships are month-to-month with no cancellation penalty — just call us.
Can I gift a DaVída membership?
Yes — memberships make a thoughtful gift. Call us and we’ll handle the details.
Do I have to pay the enrollment fee again if I re-enroll?
Yes. If a membership is canceled and later re-enrolled, the enrollment fee applies again. Occasionally we waive enrollment fees during promotional periods — call to ask about current offers.
Can I use member pricing on monthly specials?
Member discounts apply to full-price services only. Promotional pricing and membership discounts can’t be combined, but you’ll always get the better of the two.
Is there a waiting period before I can use my member pricing?
No. Member pricing begins the moment you enroll — often on the same day as your first treatment.
